We are three friends who have been playing together for almost 30 years in NYC and around the world in various musical groups. We started playing as a trio at the legendary Domaine Wine Bar in Long Island City in 2015. There, we began improvising loose and fun vocal arrangements of classic songs from the American Songbook.

The name "Dulcetones" was also improvised. It was perhaps inspired by Domaine's offerings at the bar.
